Is there a guarantee on the car?
No, all our cars are sold without guarantee.
How can I pay?
You can pay cash (Eur or DKK) up to a maximum of 50.000 DKK or 6.700 Euro. You can also pay with bank transfer.
All our invoices should be paid in EUR or DKK.
Can I pick up the car before paying?
No, you have to pay the car before picking it up
Can I reserve a car?
Yes, but a reservation requires 200 Euro in deposit unless otherwise agreed.
When is a reservation valid?
When buying a car from us, your reservation is not valid, until we have received a screenshot of a deposit made out to our account.When making a deposit or payment, please refer to the internal project number of the car, if you are unsure of the number, you can always get it from any of our employees.
When can I pick up the cars that I have bought and paid?
In the opening hours, but please contact us to arrange pick up.
Are some of the cars NETTO/+ VAT?
Almost all of our cars are sold “Free of VAT”. If a car is + VAT we will inform you and it will be clearly marked on our webpage.
What languages do you speak?
We speak Danish, English and German.
Where can I make temporary licence plates/Export plates?

What is the cost of temporary license plates/export plates?
The price of temporary licence plates/export plates are 13 Euro per day up to a maximum of 10 days. The Danish tax office located in Taastrup, which is around 20 min from our office.
When is the company open?
Company opening hours:
Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00
The company is closed for business on weekends and national holidays.
When picking up a car, please come at least 45 minutes before closing time.
When can I pick up the car?
Please ask the staff for the first available pickup date. In some cases it will take up to 2 weeks before a car can be picked up.
I am from a non-EU country. Do I need to be aware of something specific?
Yes. Customers coming from a non EU-Contry must be able to have the “Export Accompanying Document” processed at the Danish border. If you go to Padborg the address is Toldbodvej 6, 6330 Padborg, and if you leave trough Rødby or Gedser it is Cargo vej 7, 4840 Nørre Aslev. You will also need to have the document processed at the border where the car is leaving the EU. Danish Export Cars will take a deposit, that will be paid back as soon as we receive notification from the border customs office that the car has been registered at both borders
